Elaine Pritchard is the Principal Health and Safety Advisor with over 11 years experience in health and safety. Prior to setting up Liverpool Health and Safety Services, Elaine was the Principal Advisor for a North West Local Authority working in the following areas:

- Social services including residential care homes, day centres and homecare provision
- Schools, nurseries and children’s centres
- Waste management
- Grounds maintenance
- Public health including cemeteries and crematoriums
- Sports and leisure facilities
- Cultural facilities e.g. libraries, museums, theatres
